Adding richer flavor to life, Iron Horse's Chefs create gourmet cuisine using the freshest ingredients in the Northwest bringing superb fine dining to the great outdoors. The dining room décor is regal yet rustic. Massive cedar tree trunks rise from the floor to the ceiling and a solid stone hearths stands at each end of the room with furnishings reminiscent of the grand lodge dining halls of Glacier Park.
Dinner is served seven nights a week during golf season and generally two nights per week during the winter. Lunch is served daily during golf season (May through September) and a continental breakfast is available year round.
